ActivPaisa is a digital financial services platform operated by NexQred Fintech Private Limited. We facilitate access to credit and other financial products through participating banks, NBFCs and other eligible financial partners, as applicable.

ActivPaisa may act as a Lending Service Provider (LSP) for its partner Regulated Entities (REs), subject to the applicable contractual and regulatory framework. ActivPaisa is not a bank or NBFC and does not independently provide loans from its own balance sheet.

Our technology platform is designed to simplify the credit journey by helping customers discover available financial products, provide relevant information, complete digital application processes and track their applications.

Where applicable, we facilitate the presentation of available credit options based on information provided by the customer and the eligibility criteria or policies of the respective lending partner. The final decision regarding approval, sanctioned amount, interest rate/APR, fees, tenure, repayment terms and other applicable conditions is made by the respective lender or financial institution.

We believe in transparent communication and responsible handling of customer information. Information collected through our platform is processed in accordance with applicable consent requirements, our Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations.

Where multiple credit offers are available, relevant offer information may be presented to help customers understand and compare available options. Customers should review the applicable Key Fact Statement (KFS), Annual Percentage Rate (APR), processing fee, other charges, repayment obligations and terms and conditions provided by the respective lender before accepting any loan offer.

Checking or submitting an application through ActivPaisa does not guarantee approval or disbursal. Any credit enquiry or reporting to credit information companies, where applicable, is governed by the policies and requirements of the respective lender and applicable regulations.

Through our platform, customers may be able to explore products such as Personal Loans, Salary Credit Lines, Credit Cards and Credit Health services, subject to product availability, eligibility and applicable partner terms.

Our objective is simple: to make the process of discovering and accessing financial products more transparent, convenient and digitally accessible—while keeping the final credit decision with the respective regulated financial institution.
